Goals are finally coming off and its becoming a season that everyone was looking forward to.
Saturday marked the end of Week 10 of the FAZ MTN Super League and had ZESCO United leading the park after a 3-2 victory over a very good Indeni side that looked like they would get something out of the Ndola derby.
The win for ZESCO United was enough to give ZESCO United leadership and the loss by Indeni pushed them down to 7th position.
In Lusaka NAPSA Stars finally got the first win of the season and they are off the hook thanks to Emmanuel Mayuka’s 19th minute goal that decided the encounter against Green Buffaloes that succumbed to their third loss in roll after going seven games without defeat.
The Pensioneers do not get off the relegation zone but they will be relieved as they count six points and end the day on 16th position.
Prison Leopards break into the top four after a massive 2-0 win away to Kitwe United and there will be massive celebrations in Kabwe with this result .
Leopards continues from their good performance after beating Lusaka Dynamos in mid-week.
Kabwe Warriors piled more pressure on tenant Chembo who counts his second loss in two games after taking over from Patrick Phiri. Its an appointment that will be questioned by soccer fans especially that he has already beaten the record of Patrick Phiri with two losses in his two games.
For Kabwe Warriors, its celebrations as the count their biggest victory of the season with brace coming from Ali Sadiki who will get into the team of the week without a doubt.
