APEJES of Mfou Central midfielder Yengui Vitalis has expressed his satisfaction about helping his side to pick a point away to YOSA of Bamenda this Saturday in Match-day five of the ongoing Cameroon Elite One championship.
APEJES of Mfou and YOSA failed to score in an exciting game which had all but goals at the Yong Sports Academy Center in Mile six Nkwen.
The result meant both sides take a point from a game that had an interesting build-up.
Speaking after the game, the former PWD of Bamenda and Bang Bullets of Nkambe agreed it wasn’t an easy encounter.
“It was was a difficult game today, away to YOSA. It ended in a draw and we are satisfied because it extends our uneaten run to four games. YOSA is a good team but I believe we will win our next game,” the 24-year old midfielder maestro concluded.
APEJES who came into the match-day on the second spot now count eight points from four games and remain second with a game in hand and a point adrift of Panthere going into match-day six at home to UMS of Loum.
Vitalis has been vital for coach Ndongo Emma this term, featuring in all four games so far.
APEJES of Mfou of captain Yerima Bouahari are looking like the team to beat this season.
