Former Manchester City Midfielder Yaya Gnegneri Toure has created a bizarre career record this Saturday in his possible last game for Chinese second tier side Qingdao Huanghai.
The 36-year old City legend was sent off for a foul 10 seconds into the clash against Nantong Zhiyun.
Yaya appeared to have kicked out on an opposition earning him a red card for only the third time in his career.
Qingdao suffered a 2-1 defeat but the result was nearly insignificant as the club had secured promotion before the fixture.
The former city legend joined Qingdao in July this year and made 14 appearances for the club.
He scored twice and provided three assists to help the club gain top flight promotion as Champions of the second tier Championship.
Yaya is out of contract with the club at the end of the season and this Saturday’s game could be his last game for the club.
