Reports have emerged from Portugal stating that Portuguese giants Sporting CP are set to terminate their relationship with Everton loanee Yannick Bolasie. The Ex Anderlecht player has failed to impress at the José Alvalade Stadium since his arrival last summer.
Bolasie seems to be struggling with the ghost of the anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus knee injury suffered while playing for Everton in 2016.
Portuguese news outlet ‘Record’ is reporting that Bolasie’s loan deal which is scheduled to expire on June 30 will be terminated this week.
The forward has scored once in 15 games in all competitions this season for Sporting CP.
The former Crystal Palace and Aston Villa man will return to the Guddison park next season as he is on contract with the Merseyside club till the summer of 2021.
The Kinshasa native born in Lyon 30 years ago has scored nine goals in 40 games for the Leopards of Congo.
