Cameroonian duo Willity Younoussa and Ahmad Ngouyamsa of Dijon FCO were included in the starting XI in their Club’s perfect pre-season outing.
Dijon recorded a two-nil victory against second-tier side Paris FC this weekend with Ahmad featuring as left-back while Willity occupied the holding midfielder role.
The 19-year-old Cameroonian defender Ahmad Toure Ngouyamsa Nounchili penned his first professional contract with French Ligue 2 side in May, barely months after Willity’s integration in the team was confirmed for a two-year duration.
Both players have represented Cameroon at the Under-17 category and are widely regarded as the future of the country’s football in their respective positions.
Both lads were very involved in the 2017 batch of Under-17 Lions of Cameroon team that went on to represent the country at the AFCON 2017 in Gabon alongside the likes of Stephane Zobo, now of Toulouse FC and Moise Sakava of Stade Reims.
The new French Ligue 2 season is expected to resume in September this year.
