In two years at Canon, Wendeu helped the club reached the playoffs once and the quarter final of the cup of Cameroon in 2021.
The 24-year-old has played for three top-flight clubs in his career but in Melong he created a legenary status he was a part of the Stade Renard side that earned promotion to the top-flight in 2016 and finished fifth in their first season.
Stade Renard have been relatively quiet in the transfer market though they have completed a couple of acquisitions.
