The central defender of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Wahab Adams has revealed that his boys are ready to work harder to help Dr. Kyei’s vision to come through.
Dr. Kwame Kyei’s vision to help the club to conquer the continent has been in vain despite the huge investment he has committed into the team
However, the 26-year-old bulky defender still believes it is not late and they are ready for that course
In his interview with Light FM in Kumasi, Wahab said the man has invested a lot and it’s time he reaps the results
“Anyone investing in a venture expects bright results so if it isn’t coming, he merits to be angry. We understand how he reacted to us and by all means needs to honour him in winning laurels for the club.
For the past 3 years of coming to this family, I have been able to build a house that is yet to be furnished and also has established businesses that derive me more income.
This fabulous club has really helped me a lot so no player should underestimate the team
” Wahab Adams
He went further to say that his personal target has been that he wins a continental Laurel for the Kotoko.
“I haven’t met my target yet but I believe I will surely achieve it, ie winning the CAF Champions League for the porcupine club. Al Ahly and other club have made their mark but I am certain we will outwit them.” He added.
