Portuguese giants FC Porto have placed a Seven Millions Euro price tag on 28-year-old Cameroonian forward Vincent Aboubakar with Premier League side West Ham United preparing to lure the him to London.

Portuguese media are reporting that the former FC Lorient forward could leave the Estadio the Dragao this summer should a willing buyer pay the above-mentioned amount with just a year left in his current contract.

The agile forward joined Porto at the cost of €3 Million in 2014 still technically untidy at 22 but in six years as a player of the club with a loan spell at Besiktas has tidied the striker for a new challenge.

Spanish outlet Marca have it that England is the next destination for the ex Valenciennes striker.

Though the former Cotonsport of Garoua forward has struggled with his fitness in the last 12 months restricting him to Cameos under coach Sergeo Conceição his energetic runs and movement make many believe he is Premier League material.

It has been a difficult 2019-2020 season for the striker as he has made just eight appearances from which he has scored two goals.

In all he has scored 73 goals in 155 league games since arriving Portugal in August 2014.

The Cameroon international with 20 goals in 63 appearance has previously considered leaving Portugal for Besiktas where he was once on loan but this appears to be a more serious link as Marca says his entourage is in contact with the Hammers.

The price tag is within reach for West Ham United.
