After enduring weeks of absence on the Green Turf as a team, Vincent Aboubakar and his FC Porto mates have returned to the Estadio de Dragao for training this Monday under the stewardship of Coach Sergio Conceição.
The Liga NOS switched off just after activities of March 8th following the outbreak of the CoronaVirus pandemic.
Since then players have been restricted to individual practice sessions but as the country prepares to resume it’s championship Conceição is oblige to rally his troops.
The players in Monday’s training were all mandated to wear a facemasks and sanitize their hands before the start of the session.
Vincent Aboubakar who had been out injured returned to the league leaders squad.
So far, 24 of the 34 games have been played and FC Porto are topping with 60 points, just a point better than Benfica on the second spot.
There are plans to resume the domestic championship in the first half of the month of June.
