Vincent Aboubakar and his FC Porto side have completed a double following a 1-2 victory against Benfica in the Portuguese Cup on Saturday evening.

Congolese defender Chancel Mangulu Mbemba scored both goals for FC Porto in either half while Vinacius scored Benfica’s lone goal in the close contest.

Vincent Aboubakar wasn’t included in FC Porto’s match-day squad but cheered from the stands as his mates pushed for his first double in his five-seasons at the Estadio de Dragao.

Aboubakar featured in two games in the competition, leaving him entitled to the competition’s winners medal.

The former Cotonsport of Garoua forward has won five trophies in a glittering career which has been blighted by injuries.
