Nigerian midfielder, Victor Moses was one of the goal scorers as Russian Premier League side, Spartak Moscow defeated Ural 1-3 on Saturday in matchday 28 league game at the Central Stadium, Yekaterinburg.
Shamar Nicholson opened the scoring for Spartak Moscow in the 11th minute.
In the 26th minute, Victor Moses provides Shamar Nicholson with a nice pass inside the box which allowed the Jamaican to finish with a precise effort into the bottom right corner for Spartak Moscow’s second goal.
At the half-hour mark, an amazing individual effort from Victor Moses ends with a strike from inside the penalty area. Moses sends the ball precisely into the bottom left corner to make it 0-3 in favour of Spartak Moscow.
Leo Goglichidze in the 55th minute converted Ural’s consolation goal.
Victor Moses saw 69 minutes of action before he was replaced by Zelimkhan Bakaev as he won the man of the match after the game.
He has scored two league goals with two assists in 24 games for Spartak Moscow this season.
The 2013 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) winner has also scored a goal with three assists in six UEFA Europa League games.
Spartak Moscow occupies the ninth position on the league table with 37 points in 28 games and will next play Yenisey on May 11.
