Italian Serie A giants Inter of Milan are not ready to pay the £12million required to make the loan move of Nigerian winger Victor Moses permanent.
The 29-year-old former Wigan Athletic winger joint Inter on loan from Chelsea in January, ending his loan spell with Turkish outfit Fenerbahçe.
The former Nigerian international made 7 appearances across all competitions for Antonio Conte’s team, most of them as a substitute, making his reunion with the Italian coach not so successful.
According to reports from the The Sun, The Blues are not willing to give Inter any discounts on the £12million while the Nerazzurri are only ready to buy the player if they get a discount on the amount.
According to reports from Italian media Inter are only willing to keep the player if Chelsea reduce their asking price to almost half or extend the loan deal, otherwise the player will be heading back to Stamford Bridge.
The Crystal Palace youth product joint Chelsea in 2012 from Wigan Athletic, and has made 87 league appearances with them, scoring 7 goals since then.
He has had loan spells with Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham before Fenerbahçe and later Inter.
His current contract with Chelsea runs till June 2021.
