2013 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) winner with Super Eagles of Nigeria, Victor Moses scored his second goal for Russian Premier League side, Spartak Moscow in their 1-2 away win over Dynamo Moscow on Saturday.
Moses equalised for Spartak Moscow in the 30th minute of the game. He beautifully controlled a strongly hit pass from Alexander Sobolev inside the box. Victor cuts inside his marker and rifled the ball into the bottom left corner.
Pavel Maslov in the 18th minute scored an own goal to give Dynamo Moscow the lead. He got in the way of a pass and unintentionally sent the ball past his goalkeeper.
Alexander Sobolev scored the winning goal for Spartak Moscow in the 63rd minute from the penalty spot, giving goalkeeper Anton Shunin no chance.
Moses sustained an injury in the 36th minute and was replaced by Nail Umyarov in the 40th minute. He scored his first goal for Spartak Moscow against Krasnodar on October 24, 2020, when his side recorded a 1-3 away win.
Spartak Moscow occupied the second position on the league table with 41 points from 22 games, four points behind Zenit.
They will host Ural in their next encounter on March 18, 2021.
