When the National Federation of University Sports, FENASU made public their list of the best eleven players, UBa had five of her players in the list. The distribution per institution is as follows; the University of Bamenda UBa (5), the University of Dschang UDs (3), Institute University of the Golf IUG (2) and the University of Yaounde II (1).

At the goal post, UBa’s Chia Allen Awah stands as best goal keeper. He played a total of six matches and conceived only one goal keeping 5 clean sheets. FENASU’S choice might be highly due to his unexpected wonderful stops during penalty shots against Yaounde I and IUG at the quarter final and final respectively. In Dschang, Allen was referred to as “penalty killer”

At the defense, Mboh Makembe of the Yaounde II university and Mundi Marcel of UBa made the difference. Makembe was very instrumental in their quarter final game against UDs though they lost at the penalty shots out. Mundi Marcel on his part, initially came into the competition as a defensive midfielder but ended as a central defender with impressive views.

At the left and right sides, Dieffo Oriol of Dschang University and team captain Nfambove Serge of IUG played a wonderful game at their wings.

The midfielders are made up of captain Njibero Durell of UBa, Kafack Rene of Dschang and Selle Nloka Laurent of IUG.

The attack line has the no nonsense Abanke Eric alias Christian Bassogog of UBa alongside teammate Fonkoia Tongua Armel and team captain Nana of the Dschang University.
