Nigerian forward, Iniabasi Aniefiok Umotong scored an equalising goal for her English Championship Women side, Lewes FC as they forced Charlton Athletic to a 1-1 draw on Sunday.
Jessica King had given the host (Charlton Athletic) the lead in the 49th minute.
Ini Umotong, 26, equalised for the visitors (Lewes FC) in the 53rd minute to help her side to a 1-1 draw.
The goal was Umotong’s third goal since she joined Lewes FC from the Swedish Damallsvenskan side, Växjö.
Lewes FC occupied the sixth position on the English Women’s Championship table with 19 points from 15 games.
Charlton Athletic on the other hand occupied the ninth position with 11 points in 14 games.
Ini Umotong and Lewes FC will travel to play Blackburn Rovers on March 14, 2021, in their next game.
