Uganda has picked a 3-0 win over Ethiopia in the first Group B match at the on-going Cecafa U-15 Challenge Cup in Asmara, Eritrea.

Striker Devis Ogwal scored in each half, while Abasi Kyeyune netted a second half goal to make sure the Ugandan team walks away with maximum points at the Asmara National Stadium.

Ethiopia tried to fight back with some excellent passing but failed to break the Ugandan defenders.

Ethiopia’s Mohammed Mohammed Endris gave the Ugandan defenders a lot of trouble with his good dribbling skills.

In the second half Abasi Kyeyune made it 2-0 for Uganda before Ogwal netted his second of the day.

On Friday Kenya kicked started their campaign with a 3-1 victory over Somalia, while Burundi beat hosts Eritrea 2-1.
