Morley Byekwaso, coach of the U-20 Uganda national team says Uganda’s group in the 2021 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations is very tough.
Coach Morley Byekwaso made the reaction shortly after the draws of competition was conducted at the Hilton Hotel in Yaounde, Monday January 25, 2021.
Uganda was drawn in Group A alongside host nation Mauritania, Cameroon and Mozambique.
“I think this group is very tough and hard. All these are qualified and some are champions. I think this group is going to be very dangerous”
“Cameroon is one of the super power countries in football in Africa and we also have the host. We have to work very hard”, coach Morley Byekwaso said.
He went further to reveal that because they are champions of East Africa, they have to represent well and put in a lot, raise their character and ball usage skills to see that they overcome the opponents in their group.
The U-20 Africa Cup of Nations will be played in Mauritania from February 14 to March 06, 2021.
