Burkinafaso opened up things in group B after they defeated Central Africa Republic in the second group game the 2021 under twenty Africa Cup of Nations in Mauritania.
The Burkinababes rallied back from a goal down to conquer their opponents by three goals to one.
The game which ended one all at half time saw Isaac Ngoma hand Central African Republic a 1-0 lead over Burkina Faso.
Ngoma stuttered first before composing himself to put the ball behind the net after a good cross from Flory Jean Michael.
However, a perfectly placed free kick from Joffrey Bazie brought Burkina Faso level with Central African Republic at 1-1.
In the second half, it was the Stallions all the way as Eric Chardey put his team ahead.
His fellow countryman had miskick the ball, before he put the ball that graciously came to him.
Some minutes later Dauoda Beleme would double their lead after he heads in perfectly a cross.
With the result, Burkinafaso go top of the groou after displacing Tunisia who won earlier.
