The Under 17 Lionesses of Cameroon are in Sao Tome for their second round world cup qualifiers game this Sunday.
Coach Stephane Ndzana and his squad of 18 girls left Cameroon on Friday after via a chartered Camairco flight and touched down in Sao Tome few minutes after 5PM C.A.T.
They moved to their base at Hotel Vitoria few minutes after completing international passengers airport routines.
Tabe Brenda Ebika and her mates will practice once this Saturday at match time ahead of Sunday’s 2:00PM Kick off which is a UNIFFAC derby.
Cameroon was on standby in the first round of the qualifiers while Sao Tome enjoyed a walk over against DR Congo.
Both sides will start their battle for a ticket to India when they clash at the Estadio Nacional 12 de Julho.
Cameroon is seeking to qualify for the third consecutive under 17 Women’s FIFA world cup while Sao Tome seek to cause an upset and keep hopes of a world cup debut alive.
