Nigeria U-17 Women football side, Flamingoes will trade tackles with their Guinean counterparts at Soccer Temple, Agege Stadium, Lagos, as they hope to qualify for India 2020 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

The first leg of the encounter will hold in Conakry on Sunday, 1st March, 2020, and the return leg at Soccer Temple, Agege Stadium, Lagos, a fortnight after.

The Soccer Temple, Agege Stadium, host Super Falcons (Nigeria senior women football team) Tokyo 2020 Qualifiers where the team failed to qualify after being held to 1-1 draw against Ivory Coast and crash out on away goal. The stadium is the home ground of Nigeria Women Premier League (NWPL) side, Dream Stars Ladies and Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club (MFM FC).

Coach Bankole Olowookere (Assistant Coach 1), Queendoleen Akpan (Assistant Coach 2) and Mohammed Ndanusa (Goal Keepers Coach) commenced intensification work on selected Under 17 players that will confront Guinea.
