Days after Turkish defender Cengizhan Aydin joined Cameroon Elite One Championship side Eding Sport de la Lekie, he has been spotted in training with the rest of his Club colleagues at the Mateco neighborhood in Yaoundé.
The defender only arrived Cameroon this week to join the Club.
The player was recieved by team manager Yves Bikoi and other dignitaries before being lodged at Mont Febe.
Eding Sport de la Lekie signed the 26-year-old Turkish defender on a season deal.
The 2017 Cameroon Elite One Champions are hoping for an instant impact from the player.
The defender has been a free agent since leaving Tekirdagspor in August this year.
A switch to Eding Sport is his first move abroad in an eight year career which began at Atlay SK Youth team in 2012 (coincidentally the year of creation of Eding Sport de la Lekie).
Aydin is the first Turkish footballer to join the 2018 cup of Cameroon winners.
Eding is the player’s eighth Club and his first foreign Club.
Cengizhan joins the squad of players available for coach François Heya at Eding ahead of the 2020-2021 season.
