25 year old Cameroon forward Clinton Njie Mua has signed a 4 year deal with Russian side Dynamo Moscow after completing medical examination in the Russian capital today.
Reports say Olympique de Marseille and the winger’s new employers agreed a 5.5 Million Euros transfer fees that would be paid by officials of Dynamo Moscow to facilitate the switch.
2010 French league champions, Olympic de Marseille, had no intentions to prolong Njie Clinton’s contract at the end of last season.
Marseille had placed a 6 Million Euros transfer fee on the Buea born forward,they now have gotten slightly lesser than that amount for the Cameroonian.
Njie has been handed the number 9 jersey at his new club.
Njie signed for Marseille from Tottenham Hotspur for a reported € 7 million in July 2017.
The former Olympic de Lyonnais forward played 17 matches for the club in the just ended season Under Rudi Garcia.
He scored 4 goals and provided 2 assists for the club last season to help Marseille finished 5th in the French league 1.
The 2017 Africa Cup of Nations winner has spent 3 years at the club (2016-2019) in his 6 years stay in France.
He helped Marseille reach the final of the UEFA Europa League in 2018.
Njie scored 1 goal in 4 appearances for Cameroon at the just ended 2019 AFCON tournament in Egypt.
