21 year old Cameroonian central Midfielder Yan Brice Eteki has completed a move to La Liga giants, FC Seville, from Segunda B side Almería.
Born on August 26, 1997, Eteki has enjoyed much of his playing time in Spain, with spells at Leganés and Almería.
Eteki signed for Sevilla FC ‘s youth setup in December 2012, from CD Leganés.
After FC Sevilla’s youth team suffered relegation from the Spanish Segunda on 23 August 2018, Eteki signed a two-year deal with fellow second division side UD Almería . But on Wednesday July 17 2019, Yan Brice Eteki rejoined his former club
Sevilla FC for a fees estimated to be €0.5m.
The 1.80 meters Midfielder who originates from the center region of Cameroon, is amongst a list of 19 new arrivals at Seville, who includes the likes of Goalkeeper Sergio Rico joining from Fulham, and Lucas Ocampos from Marseille, amongst others.
The combative U23 lions Midfielder, will hope to cement a place in Julen Lopetegui’s team for the new Football season. Yan Brice Eteki is still to get a called up into the Cameroon’s senior men’s national team, but has represented the country in the various youths level, and was recently part of the U23 lions team that defeated Chad in the qualifiers for the U23 AFCON.
