23 year old Ugandan forward Patrick Henry Kaddu has secured a move to Moroccan Club Renaissance Sportive Berkane.
The move a considered to be a live-changing transfer for Kaddu whose incredible story from the Kampala suburb of Luzira to their national team, only keeps getting better.
Kaddu who was part of Uganda’s heroic Cranes who reached the last 16 of the 2019 AFCON in Egypt, scored 18 goals for Ugandan top flight club KCCA.
The player did not hold back his emotions after securing the move to the 2019 CAF Confederation Cup runners-up.
“It’s with mixed emotions, courage and strength that I am writing this message. I humbly want to thank God for this opportunity. To me this is a dream come true,” Kaddu wrote on his official Facebook page.
“It has been an incredible journey here, with lessons learnt and memories to cherish, and it is a little emotional that I must bid farewell now. But, I saw goodbye as a person who has given his all efforts in every training session and in every game for the Badge and the club,” Kaddu added.
He is a former player of Maroons and Kiira Young.He has won 13 caps for Uganda netting six goals.
