Cameroonian goalkeeper Michaely Bihina Kyria has penned a one-year deal with second tier Portuguese side Racing Power Ladies.
The club unveiled the 18-year sensational goalkeeper this Wednesday after completing formalities to enable her transfer from Cameroon top-flight side Eclair of Sa’a.
“Welcome Bihina,” written in Portuguese on the club’s social media handles this afternoon confirmed her move to the Portugal Champeonato Nacional Women.
The move ends a four-year stay for Bihina at Eclair though she barely featured for the club this 2021-2022 season.
Noted for her great reflexes and ability to play with the use of her legs her move to Europe was considered a matter of time by many pundits.
Bihina who can also play as a center forward made over one hundred appearances for Eclair playing as either a keeper or a center forward scoring five goals for the club.
The full-Cameroon international has represented her country at Under-17 and 20 categories before her senior debut during the 2020 Olympic intercontinental playoff tie against Chile in Turkey.
Racing Power Ladies compete in the ongoing Women’s second tier championship in Portugal.
