Kick442.com can confirm that Yombi Lionel Vera, 24 has completed a 2 year deal from Angolan side, Deportivo de Huila to Angolan champions and country giants, Deportivo de Primeiro de Agosto for an unknown fee.
The transfer comes on the back of a wonderful season after his 14 goals led Deportivo de Huila to a 3rd place finish in the Angolan league.
With the transfer market getting towards the business end and deals being done left, right and center, Yombi Lionel has gotten for himself an enviable deal to Primiero de Agosto. He would serve as a good addition to a Primiero de Agosto side that looks already settled after winning the Angolan league for a record 3rd time consecutively and 13 times overall.
The lad is blessed with a supreme reading of the game, calm in front of goal, and gifted with natural pace. In fact, his pace is compared to that of a heartbeat. The striker hardly has a weaker foot as his left and his right always show up when called upon.
