The deputy Intermediate Lions defender has joined the Club as free agent fee as kick442.com has gathered.
The 27-year old has agreed a one-year deal with the 21 time Sudanese Premier League winners Al Mereikh.
The Right and Left-back has been in talks with the club for over two month as both parties discussed their interest before reaching a deal and this portal reported last week.
The former UMS of Loum, Douala Athletic Club 2000 and New Stars of Douala full-back who operates comfortable in the left and right side of the defense counts two Elite One titles to his credit and participated in all three of Cameroon’s games during the 2018 African Nations Championship.
Switching to Al Mereikh will provide a first real opportunity for the player abroad.
The player is presently in Douala but could leave for abroad as soon as next week.
Etta is expected to join his club colleagues in the group stages of the CAF Champions League.
The former Under-23 international for Cameroon played 86 games in local and international competitions during his three year stay at Cotonsport of Garoua and won one league title plus finished runners-up twice.
