Super Eagles player, John Ogu have joined Saudi Arabian side, Aladalah Club on free transfer. The free agent player joined the club on Friday, January 10, 2020.

Recent social media photos showed John Ugochukwu Ogu training at the club before his signing.
The 31 year-old shared pictures of what could be his first session with a professional side, 193 days after he became a free agent.

Ogu left Ligat Ha’Al side Hapoel Be’er Sheva in 2019 and has since been without a club.
The Midfielder had expressed his desire to play in the English Premier League, La Liga or Serie A back in May of 2019 in a tweet.

Ogu joining the Saudi Arabian side meant that he will be in the same league with Super Eagles goal keeper, Ahmed Musa who is playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.
