It was with a spirit of high excitement, that the Africa Smile Collectif Group, composers of the ear-catchy TotalErnegies 2021 Afcon anthem entitled “fou fou” took the stage at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex, on December 9.
In front of a rich panel of top government dignitaries, former football legends, some regional governors, that the six girls and one man group led by Roland Ntsa got thrilled the numerous outlookers and passerbys in staging the five minutes long Afcon anthem characterised by a marvelous choreography.
The African soccer mass anthem main composer, Ntsa Roland articulated to the Kick442.com team;
“It is with an overjoyed heart in us today, that we have the privilege to solemnly present onto the Cameroonian public, the official anthem of the 33rd edition of the TotalErnegies 2021 Afcon anthem.”
“The song is a five minutes rhythm, with the four major cultural backgrounds of Cameroon represented likewise the toghu attire. The song is a call from mother Africa, inviting all her sons and daughters to rally as one behind the Cameroonian soccer Jamboree.”
“Fou Fou”, was selected by a rich and highly skilled jury of level-headed personalities of Cameroonian origin and foreigners, based on the strong massage of unity and the valorization of African values.
The towns of Yaounde, Douala, Limbe, Buea, Garoua and Bafoussam are expected to vibrate to the rhythm of ” Fou Fou” , come January 9th to February 6th.When the 24 participatory nations, divided into 6 groups gather in Cameroon perceived to be Africa in miniature.
