Chipolopolo of Zambia Team Doctor, George Phiri says the team is intact ahead of their Group D match against Guinea on Saturday, January 23, 2021.
He posited that only two players are doubtful for their second group game.
“At the moment, the team is intact except for few players. Benson Sakala has a muscle sprain on the right side and we are managing him but he should be ready in the next three days to start training.
“Albert Kangwanda has an ankle sprain on the left side. He should also be ready for full training after three days.

George Phiri also says that the team undergo the COVID-19 test ahead of their next game which has produced good results.
He said: “We have also done the COVID-19 testing in preparation for the game against Guinea. According to the preliminary results, we seem to be okay and ready for the game.”
After their 2-0 win over Tanzania, the Chipolopolo of Zambia will play a tough side in Guinea on Saturday, at Stade Omnisports, Limbe, with the winner of the tie sealing a quarter-final place.
