It wasn’t a smooth road for the Eagles of Mali en-route the 2020 Total African Nations Championship (CHAN) final.
Mali finished top of Group A ahead of the Intermediate Lions of Cameron before weathering the storm of Congo Brazaville and possessive Guinea respectively (both on penalties) in the quarter and semi-finals of the tournament.
As we look forward to the Eagles’ final match with defending Champions, Atlas Lions of Morocco on Sunday, www.kick442.com look back at Mali’s road to the final.
