Syli National of Guinea won the bronze medal match at the ongoing Total African Nations Championship (CHAN 2020), dominating the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in the classification match, this Saturday, February 6 at the Reunification Stadium in Douala after a 2-0 victory.
Guinea, who made a perfect start to the match, opening the scoring in the 9th minute thanks to a great inspiration from Morlaye Sylla, will manage to spice up the addition at the end of the first period through Mamadouba Bangoura.
The Indomitable Lions who obtained a few scoring chances, could not reverse the trend until the final whistle.
This third place is a great consolation for Guinea, which achieved an exceptional course during this CHAN 2020 with their best finish in the tournament history.
