Reliable Cameroonian striker Nchout Njoya Ajara will miss Cameroon’s Tokyo 2020 second round Olympic qualifier first leg game against Ethiopia.
The first leg of the game has been scheduled to take place on the 26th August.
The next FIFA international window opens on the 26th of August and runs for two weeks within which Cameroon have to clash with Ethiopia in Addis Abeba and in Yaounde.
kick442.com understands the striker will miss the first leg encounter on the 26th August in Addis Abeba because she will be involved in a Norwegian League game with Valerenga away to Lyn on the 25th of August.
The Ethiopian Football Federation have opted to host their opponents on the first day of the International break;that is on the 26th which is exactly 24 hours after Ajara will be on duty with her club.
Her Norwegian club Valerenga currently occupy second spot on the log in the Norwegian Women’s Championship making it difficult let go of their key player before the start of the international break.
