Nigerian hurdler, Tobi Amusan was in good form to win at the Pure Athletics Sprint Elite Meet in the Women’s 100m hurdles in Clermont.
Stepping out for the second time this season, Amusan equalled her Personal Best (PB) from the World Championship in 2019, bolting out to an intriguing 12.48s (+1.8m/s) second fastest time in the world to win the women’s 100mH at the Pure Athletics Sprint Elite Meet.
She was well in a league of her own as she finished ahead of second and third place finishers, Cassandra Lloyd (13.56s) and Deya Erickson (13.69s).
Her performance puts her at joint second in the world this year with World record holder Keni Harrison. Both behind Camacho Quinn(12.32pb).
