Nigerian star athlete Tobi Amusan ran to finish first at the Meeting Metz Moselle Athlelor where she competed in the Women’s 60mH on Friday.
The 22-year old while Competing in her second meet of the season clocked a time of 8.00s to win the women’s 60mH race, beating Taliyah Brooks who finished 2nd in a Season’s Best (SB) of 8.06s, just ahead of third-placed Luca Kozak in 8.07s.
She had qualified for the final race after clocking a time of 8.06s to win Heat 2 of the event.
Amusan opened her season with a bang as she ran to finish second in the Women’s 60mH event at the World Athletics Indoor Tour in Europahalle, Karlsruhe, Germany with a season’s best of 7.94s.
