TKC of Yaounde have their big striker and captain to thank for their first victory in the 2019/2020 Cameroon League One season.

The big forward made the difference on Sunday in his club’s match day five clash against AS Fortuna.

The 25-year-old former Panthere of Nde and New Stars of Douala striker scored twice to help his side earn their first win this season.

TKC had been edging closer to their first victory with draws in the last 3 games which concided with the return of Nkama and on Sunday they got it.

Considered to be one of the major sources of inspiration for players of the club, Nkama scored 8 goals last season for the club. His goals helped the club avoid the relegation playoffs last season.

Having been a subject of speculations about a move away from the club,Nkama is back.

A fully fit Nkama with his goal scoring instincts is all coach Sylvanos Clerc needs now to take the five times champions of Cameroon out of their difficult situation on the log.

TKC have picked up just 6 points from a possible 15 points this season.

They travel to Bamenda to face in-form PWD of on the Sunday 17th November 2019.

While AS Fortuna host Feutcheu FC and UMS of Loum in the next two games holding in mind that they have accepted defeats in their last two outings.
