Fauve Azur Elite have officially announced the termination of their contract head coach Theodore Ngatchou by mutual consent, kick442.com understands its at no cost.
The Faya Boys only got promoted to the MTN Elite One championship last season and in their debut campaign under coach Ngatchou they finished 10th and reached the eighth final of the cup of Cameroon.
However, the financial investment of president Nya Norbert on the club didn’t match with the results obtained prompting the necessary change.
“Messrs Nya Norbert and Bebeto Ngatchou have decided to end their collaboration,” a statement from the communications unit read.
Ngatchou joined Fauve Azur in the build up to the current season and has left a legacy as their first coach in the top-flight championship.
Former PWD of Bamenda coach David Pagou is among options lined up to replace Ngatchou.
