Melvis closing down Malian opposition in an international assignment

25 year old Indomitable Lioness,Tantoh Melvis has told on Thursday that she intends to perform better than expected to enhance her team’s in the upcoming super 4 competition.

The super 4 tournament brings together the best 2017/2018 teams in Nigeria’s Women Football for a brief tournament to determine the best team from the 4.

The Former River Angels and Feminine Stars of Ebolowa midfielder is part of the Nasarawa Amazons team that is in camp preparing ahead of the upcoming super 4 tournament in Lagos.

“So far It has been a great season for us but we want to finish the job,we know it’s going to be very tough especially given these are the best clubs in this year’s competition and there is no room for error.”

“Facing my former club is a huge motivation to me personally but we are a team, so the whole squad is focused and listening to the coaches”.

The super 4 competition is begins on the 23rd of January with Nasarawa Amazons to take on Bayelsa Queens while Nasarawa Amazons face River Angels of current Superfalcons Goalkeepers, Tochukwu Oluehi and Chiamaka Cynthia.

AWCON winners Anam Mary Imo,Amarachi Grace Okoronkwo and Nnodim Sarah Amaka all play together with Melvis at Nasarawa Amazons.

Melvis was part of the Cameroon team that camped in Cameroon ahead of the 2018 AWCON but didn’t make the final list of players for the tournament.
