Sources directly related to New Stars of Douala have told that the club will resume talks about the future of 18 year old Ngongang Figo Junior this Thursday in Tunisia.

It is understood the club will discuss possibilty and terms of a transfer of the player with two clubs including All Ahly Tripoli.

Ngongang joined New Stars in December 2017 on a two year deal from relegated Racing of Bafoussam where the young striker had scored 7 goals in that season.

The lad scored twice in his CAF confederation cup debut against Deportivo Niefang in Limbe before adding 5 other goals in the same competition this season, with one of his goal scored against Al Ahly Tripoli.

Ngongang accompanied by the president of New Stars, Faustin Domkeu had paused talks with Union Sportive Monastririenne and Al Ahly Tripoli until after the Gor Mahia tie but the clubs are due to resume talks this Thursday in Tunisia.
