One man was the hero of the first game pitting EEMSA against Continental FA though the results did not finally turn to his favour.
The Buea Municipal stadium was left concerned after a clash of heads at the 86th minute between two players. One player felt the real force of the challenge;midfielder Bertrand Epoge hit the deck in the most frightening of fashions with fear of a concussion_coach Kengo ignored all last minute tactical disposition and helped with pulling the tongue of Epoge out of his mouth.
Just about 2 minutes after he had saved the life of this player, the coach’ team went down with a last minute counterattacking, classic strike.
Coach Reymond’s act was seen as an epitome of complete fair play and in an exclusive after the game, the gaffer said:” it is true that it is the moment I tried to help the player that we lost concentration and conceded, but that is fair play”.
The crowd cheered the coach and most fans were of the opinion that if there was an award night, then, the gaffer should be handed an award for his world class gesture.
