The Organizing Committee of the Sudanese Women’s Football League has decided to exclude Karnak Club from the championship with immediate effect.
This follows events that characterized the Club’s match against the defense team in the first round of the last stage of the competition on March 15, 2021 at Khartoum National Stadium, “Al-Osra Club”.
The committee issued a decision in meetings No. “11” on March 16, 2021, and after referring to the report of the match referee and the observers, excluding the Karnak club and canceling its results in the competition, and suspending Karnak players Emanuela Peter “6 matches”, Ashan Thomas “3 matches”, Aya Makki, Raghda Badruddin and Nora Mohamed “Two matches for each player,” for assaulting the referee.
The committee decided to suspend the administrator of Karnak Club, Abdul-Mushir Al-Dardiri, for a period of 6 months, and warned a member of the technical staff of Karnak Club, Jamal Abdul Rahman.
