On an official communiqué released by big guns of topflight team Avion Academy of Nkam on August 2019 in Douala, Cameroon, the club has debunked all claims of the it’s market availability (being up for sale).
The communiqué States;
It should be brought to the notice of the sports family Nationally and Internationally that mister Lambo Justin and mister Kwete Yarro are not members of our club Avion Academy FC. They have never opted to buy our club, that is not for sale. The ABS (Association of Bamboutos supporters) and other groups should not meddle with internal problems with a monumental club like Bamboutos.
Those aiming to destabilize the direction of Bamboutos should no longer tell lies about our club.
Avion Academy is not for sale.
We have had a General Assembly where we agreed unanimously that Mister Batamack Pierre Joseph keeps his position. Our Congress is scheduled on Saturday, 21st September 2019 at 10 am precisely in Douala. We are inviting you all so that no one is unaware of what takes place.
According to this communiqué, some people are trying to use Avion Academy as a decoy to distraught the organization of Bamboutos FC.
Avion Academy in their maiden season with the ‘big ‘boys’ impressed at in the firs-tier and escaped relegation.
Avion Academy was created in 2012 by club president, Pierre Batamack – and they went ahead to win the league 2 in style and with certainty. The club further showed that their initiation to the first-tier was not by chance as they kept their heads above the waterline.
