Former Fovu of Baham and YOSA coach, Olivier Nankam has reach agreement with to become the next Stade Renard of Melong trainer after concluding terms with president Jean Kuete.
Coach Nankam who parted company with Fovu of Baham last month after two successful years is expected to be unveiled in Melong in the days ahead.
Nankam will replace Gabriel Zabo who was sacked during the season due to a run of bad results.
The 2019 Under-17 AFCON winning coach, then as deputy to Thomas Libiih is also a former coach of YOSA, Astres plus Apejes of Mfou, thus arriving with a bag of experience.
Nankam is the second former Fovu boss to join Renard in recent years, after Gabriel Zabo.
Nankam becomes the Club’s 8th manager since Stade Renard’s promotion to the top flight on the eve of the 2017 season.
Stade Renard is in Pool A of next season’s championship alongside the likes of Cotonsport, Colombe, Eding Sport, Aigle Royal.
The Cameroon Elite One championship and Nankam’s reign at Stade Renard begins on October 15.
