According to a release from the secretary General of the southwest league of FECAFOOT, the 2020/2021 season in the championship will kick off on Sunday, December 13, at the historic Tiko Town Green Stadium.
Two of the most popular sides in the town EEMSA and Tiko United FC have been scheduled to kick start this year’s championship at the ground in which the latter won the 2009 Cameroon Elite One Championship.
The highly-followed encounter is a fitting way to start the season.
The rest of the match-day One fixtures in the six pools will be played on Wednesday, December 16 and Thursday, December 17 on grounds across the region.
