Cameroon Indomitable Lionesses forward, Nchout Njoya Ajara has been included in the Team of the Week of Italian women’s top flight football championship for the second time this season.
The newest Inter Milan signee has been included in Serie A Team of the Week for match day 10 of the championship.
The 28-year-old former Atletico Madrid forward received the honor after scoring a brilliant last minute goal for Inter Milan in the outfit’s 3 nil derby win against AC Milan last weekend.
She is the lone Inter Milan player included in the team.
Nchout Njoya Ajara who joined Inter Milan on October 1, this year, has scored four goals in six matches this season for the Serie A side.
The arrival of the ex-Valerenga striker at the Italian club, has help revived Milan’s title race.
The outfit is now ranked 5th on the classification table with 21 points, 9 points behind toppers Juventus.
Inter Milan has lost just once since the arrival of the Indomitable Lionesses forward.
With 12 more playing days left to the end of the championship, Njoya Ajara and Inter will be striving to finish the season ranked among the top 2 sides in the championship. This, to qualify for the Women’s UEFA Champions League competition.
Individually, the forward will be looking forward to consolidate her good form and help the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in upcoming competitions.
