The Royal Moroccan Football Federation have announced the termination of their working relationship with Antonio Sergio Piernas Cárdenas.
The Federation took to it’s official handles this week to announce they were parting ways with the 44-year old Spaniard without stating the raison d’être of the decision.
The native of Barcelona was named coach of the baby Atlas Lions in early 2020 but his team failed to impress in the zonal UNAF tournament a feew months back.
Antonio Sergio was in charge of youth football development having handled a similar role at Madrid sides Getafe, Saudi Arabian youth national selection and Atletico Madrid.
The former Dalian Lifang youth team manager is yet to be replaced.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation is noted for it’s keen interest on youth football development, whoever they pick as replacement must share a similar vision.
