The coach of Burkina Faso women’s national football team, Pascal Sawadogo on Monday released the final squad list for Morocco 2022 Women Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
The 31 initial team list was cut down to 26 for the tournament.
The list comprises three (3) goalkeepers, eight (8) defenders, seven (7) midfielders, and eight (8) forwards.
Burkina Faso will face host, Morocco in Group A as well as Senegal and Uganda.
WAFCON 2022 will take place from July 2 to 23, 2022, with the semi-finalists automatically qualifying for Australia/New Zealand 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
