The president of the Cameroon Football Federation has offered a new 70 places bus to the Indomitable Lions.
According to sources, the bus whose footages were the talk of the social media this Monday evening has been offered to the Lions by Samuel Eto’o, replacing the previous bus that had been in use since 2007.
The bus was handed to the team officials by interim FECAFOOT Secretary General Parfait Siki Nicolas Awono on Monday morning on instructions from Samuel Eto’o who was in Douala to meet the marketing director of Brasserie du Cameroun, Emmanuel De Tailly for professional reasons. The facility obtained on a short-term lease agreement from a popular transport agency transported some of the team personnel to the Lions’ camp.
The ultra-modern sophisticated bus fits the needs of a team’s transport facility and will be used during their preparations for the AFCON while waiting to receive the competition’s official bus for the tournament.
It is painted in the traditional colors of the team has photos of the players and some words of motivation Viz; “Go Lions”, “Let’s roar together” which makes it even more attractive.

The previous bus which Eto’o also used during his time in the national team had become the attraction of many for the wrong reason thus justifying this change.
Coach António Conceiçao’s Cameroon team is currently preparing the 2021 TotalErnegies AFCON in the outskirts of Yaounde is set to use the bus before and after the competition.
Eto’o took over FECAFOOT from Seidou Mbombo Njoya earlier this month and vowed to bring innovations to the institution.
This move has been saluted by stakeholders across the board.
