30 year old Cameroonian born Equatorial Guinea defender Salome Nke Noah Ghyslaine scored and provided an assist in Malabo Kings 5-2 defeat over  Estrellas De Waiso this Saturday in Malabo.

The Malabo Kings captain and her mates used the game as a warm up game ahead of their first game at the 2019 Women’s National championship title playoffs in Equatorial Guinea.

Though captain Nke’s side shipped in 5 goals, she was outstanding in the encounter.

The title playoffs begins on the 8th September 2019 and captain Nke will be going out in search of her 14th career trophy and 8th domestic League title at the age of 30.

Should the 2 times African champions maintain her form in the 2019 playoffs, then her club is in with a chance of winning the 2019 Women’s football league title in Equatorial Guinea.

5 times participants in the AWCON, 3 times finalists with two winners Medal obtained in 2008 and 2012,the Cameroonian born Guinean defender has the to experience and success story to help her team to the 2019 title.
The defender is in the top flight championship in Equatorial Guinea these days, she mentors the next generation passing on the the experience gathered through participating in nearly all competition in the Women’s game including the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Salome Nke’s trophy cabinet carries at least 13 major trophies won in over a decade of football. She remains an important part of the Equatorial Guinea national team.

The current Guinea international is an important component of her club’s title ambitions.
