Lamray United Football Club midfielder, Saliman Muyideen wants the Nigeria National League, NNL management to meet and reach a conclusion during this period in order to ensure the resumption of the league after CoronaVirus pandemic. He said this during an exclusive chat with kick442.com

“I can’t really pinpoint the reason why NNL is yet to resume since December up till when CoronaVirus erupted, but I hear and read on the news that all the club owners want to hold a meeting on how the officiating will be going on well the same as premier league, Nigeria Professional Football League.”
Muyideen Saliman is also keeping fit indoors during this CoronaVirus induced lockdown period in preparation for when the league might resume.
“Training hoping they will call up the break at any time so we’re preparing ahead.”
The former Kwara United feeders, Flying Sports Academy and Kingshood Football Club midfielder also took us through how his career kicked off as well as parental supports.
“I started my football career from Eko Lagba Nursery and Primary School where I discovered my passion for the game before I was appointed as the games prefect. From their, I don’t relent on it because it’s the only thing I do that gives me joy. I am mixing my career with school because we all know football is not encouraging in this our country like other countries.”
“My dad always complains that he plays also and didn’t go far not until some of his friends watched me play and told him about the way I am playing but unfortunately when I sign for Kwara United feeders, he fully supported my career and always prays for me.”
Muyideen, popular known as Nigerian De Bruyne concluded by stating that he hopes to gain promotion to the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL with Lamray United FC as well as play in Europe in the future.
“Hopefully when NNL resumes after this deadly virus, I want to gain promotion to the top flight with my club, Lamray United FC of Enugu. Only God knows tomorrow, but I want to play professional standard level football in European teams.” He concluded.
